Some of the products are manufactured with many parts. In transit, some of them may get detached (for example, ear rings of idols etc.). Praying Soul will either assist you to fix them correctly or in case where some skilled help is required, Praying Soul will provide the expert to do the job at no extra cost.
Some of the products (such as some of wooden temples) will be commissioned and installed by expert from Praying Soul. These experts will be either directly from Praying Soul or the third party experts assigned by Praying Soul for the installation and commissioning role. Praying Soul executive will take the prior appointment of user and accordingly the expert will visit for the work. The details of experts will also be communicated to user for reconfirmation.
All of praying Soul’s product charges are inclusive of installation and commissioning charges (only in specific cases/products), freight/shipment charges and other charges if any. Praying Soul reserves right to give breakup of any of these costs/charges to users.
Most of the products praying Soul offers are make to order. That means they will be manufactured especially for you! These products will be manufactured once we receive your order. Before dispatch, the product again goes through detailed quality check. Due to this, there can be prominent lead time/delivery time for some products as mentioned on website. Praying Soul will try their best to adhere to mentioned timelines or reduce it as much as possible, however, in some certain and rare unavoidable circumstances, there can be a delay of 4 to 5 days in delivering the product. Under those rare circumstances, user will not make the company responsible for delay and will accept the delivery.
International/overseas orders : All the overseas and international enquiries will be deled on one on one / case to case basis and hence mentioned delivery time and pricing is not applicable for orders outside India. Depending upon the respective duties, other taxations, freight etc. the price/proforma Invoice along with tentative shipment plan will be sent to users. Praying Soul will try its best that international users should also receives the product hassle free and in good condition and hence depending on product to product, will go for specialized sea worthy packing and preferably DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) consignment. However, since each order will be processed differently, depending on the country where product / service need to be provided, these terms are subject to change.
