Praying Soul offers multiple payment options to users. This enables convenience to users. Praying Soul without prior notice to users reserves the right to delete or add any of the payment options.
Some important payment options available are net banking facilities, credit card, debit card, UPI, payment through prepaid payment instruments and electronic wallets.
Company clarifies that accepting users payment through any of the payment options is solely at Praying Soul’s discretion.
Praying Soul reserves right to reject payment from any user for any a reason whatsoever. In order to further validate user’s details Praying Soul may request the user to submit his / her photo/address identity proof such as PAN card or so, failing which the company reserves the right to reject user’s payment.
While using the payment options user agrees to provide correct, complete and authenticate financial information. These details may be stored by Praying Soul’s third party payment gateway providers. Users should not submit or use any financial details which are not lawfully owned/Authorized by the user such as wrong/ others individuals card details etc. The user shall solely be responsible for the security and confidentiality of his/her financial information.
Praying Soul will not be responsible for any transactional issues between user and there Bank/financial institution.
Praying Soul reserve the right to impose a limit on the number of transactions a user may undertake over the website. Should Praying Soul be dissatisfied with the credibility of a user and the genuineness of a transaction carried out on the website, Praying Soul shall have the right to reject such transaction. Praying Soul may also choose to delay or defer the dispatch of products purchased by such user or cancel the entire purchase at its sole discretion. The user also agrees that Praying Soul shall not be liable for any damage, interest or claim resulting from praying Soul’s decision to not process a transaction or delay in the processing of a transaction, on account of users suspicious activity.
All the products listed are included with the applicable taxes. User will be responsible for payment of all fees / cost / charges associated with the purchase of product from website.
All of Praying Soul’s product charges are inclusive of installation and commissioning charges (only in specific cases), freight/shipment charges and other charges if any. Praying Soul reserves right to give breakup of any of these costs/charges to users.
International/overseas orders : All the overseas and international enquiries will be deled on one on one/ case to case basis and manually. Hence mentioned delivery time and pricing is not applicable for orders from out side India. Depending upon the respective duties, other taxations, freight etc. the price/proforma Invoice along with tentative shipment plan will be sent to users. Praying Soul will try its best that international users should also receive the product hassle free and in good condition and hence depending on product to product, will go for specialized sea worthy packing and preferably DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) consignment. However, each order will be processed differently and these terms are subject to change.
Praying Soul shall make all reasonable attempts to keep the User apprised of the status of shipment through updates shared on the User’s registered mobile number and email address. Praying Soul disclaims all liabilities that may arise on account of its failure to keep the User apprised of the status of the shipment.
